Jelqing is a stretching technique. Its principle is very simple. You have to stretch the penis to its limit of elasticity and hold it a little, then hold this stretch for about a minute, then release it, let it rest for a few seconds, then start again. The method can take tens of minutes.

How to do Jelqing?
Before starting the exercises of the Jelq method, you must always perform a warm-up session.
Step 1: Rub your penis after applying a good quality lubricant. To perform the exercises of the Jelq method in a healthy way, it is advisable to use a lubricant that does not dry out too quickly.
Stage 2: For this stage, you must be in a state of partial erection (semi-erection), at around 50%-70% of your full erection. Your erection should allow you to feel blood flow while performing a Kegel exercise, but it should not allow you to have intercourse.
Step 3: Using your dominant hand, circle the base of your penis using your thumb and index finger. You should place your fingers as close to your pubis as possible.
Step 4: Tighten your grip around the base of your penis and slide your hand towards your glans. You must squeeze your penis enough to feel a slight pressure and you must also feel the blood flow back up in your penis towards your glans. If the pressure is uncomfortable or painful, it indicates that you are squeezing too hard or inappropriately.
Step 5: Continue until you reach the glans of your penis and stop below the outer rim of your glans. You have just performed an exercise of the Jelq method. Each movement must last a maximum of 3 seconds and a minimum of 1 second.
You must now use both hands alternately, maintaining maximum blood flow into your penis while clasping it with the two fingers of the other hand, each movement must last a maximum of 3 seconds and you must squeeze your penis hard enough to feel pressure inside your penis.
Jelq Method Safety Instructions
You should always use lube! If you are circumcised, repeated rubbing may damage or irritate the skin of your penis, which will not be the case if you are not circumcised.
You must always perform a warm-up session of several minutes to be in a state of partial erection (50-70% of your total erection).
You should never perform Jelq method exercises when you are fully erect otherwise you risk damaging your penis.
You should never ejaculate while performing Jelq method exercises, the pressure you put on your penis by squeezing it will prevent the ejaculation of semen and this may cause pain.
